You Stole My Look

Yesterday I talked about the Adidas Adizero shoes.  Today we are examine  to the Adizero Tour Golf Polo.  Adidas is encouraging all of their tour professionals wearing the Adizero polos this spring.  Garcia and Fraser have been seen in the Adizero polo all week at the Qatar Masters.  Garcia and Fraser got the same memo from Adidas.  Dustin Johnson and Jason Day have been wearing the same shirts at the Farmers Insurance Open.  I like the technology behind the shirts.  Light weight, high flexibility, and stretch.  They shirt also has large ventilation areas in key areas like the arm pits.  The the holes are noticeable which I find weird.  The arm pits have noticeable ventilation holes.  The pros are now less likely to be "pitting out".  No visible under arm sweat.  More pleasurable viewing for the audience: no more look at them sweating.  A final note on the Adizero polo is the no sew seams.  The shirt is made with extreme comfort in mind.  Note to Adidas: I know you want to get the shirts a lot of viewing coverage by having all your athletes wearing the new technology.  However, lets try to vary when they wear which shirts.  Today was Twin Day at the Qatar Masters with Garcia and Fraser.  Lets stay away from high spirit days.   Check out the new Adizero Golf Polos here: Adizero Polo

At the Farmer's Insurance Open, the players were donning the always fashionable rain suits.  Rain suits all look the same: pant and jacket in dark colors.  When it comes to rain suits water protection is vital.  I also recommend finding a comfortable cut for your body.  Charles Howell III is wearing a great example of typical rain gear.  I recommend looking for a jacket with a zipper and velcro adjustments on the wrists.  Jackets need to have flexibility but provide rain protection.  I like a rain pant that can be pulled easily on and off. Some pants have pocket opening to your regular pants while others have their own pockets.  I prefer the rain pant with the built-in pocket.  I want to keep my underneath clothing as dry as possible.   My rain suit is by Nike. Check out Nike's Men's Rain Suit and Women's Rain Suit.  Nike's suits have zippers on all the pockets.  Great for keeping your things try especially scorecards.  Mine is about four or five years old.  Rain suits are typically very durable and can last several seasons if properly cared.  Plus the fashion style is not likely to change soon.
